Four inch signed silvered Roman dial with subsidiaries for running seconds and power reserve
(with engraved instruction to wind up at 48 hours), the freesprung chain fusee movement with maintaining power
and diamond endstone to the blued steel helical balance spring terminating in a cut and compensated bimetallic
balance with large type Frodsham square timing weights and Earnshaw type detent escapement, in a gimballed bowl and three tier
box with recessed side handles and blank brass cartouche to the lid, Gimbaled marine chronometer with 3 1/2 inch dial.
Brass bound case measures 7 x 6 1/4 x 6 1/4 inches.
Movement is good working condition.
